We have a 45‑business‑day return policy, which means you have 45 business days after receiving your item to request a return (business days = Mon–Fri, U.S. federal holidays excluded). We process returns within the contiguous United States (48 states) only.
Adult & hygiene notice: because we sell intimate products, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging. Opened/used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened/unused, with all tags, manuals and accessories, and in its original, sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RMA required: Before sending anything back, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items sent back without an approved RMA will be refused.
To start a return, contact us at info@el-evolution.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (see who pays below) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To speed things up, include your order number and photos/video of the issue. Where applicable, we may facilitate a replacement under the manufacturer’s/distributor’s program (e.g., via our distributor’s policies).
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):
Any opened or used intimate product;
Lubricants, oils, creams, cosmetics, or other consumables;
Lingerie, hosiery, or wearable intimates after the seal/bag is opened;
Batteries and items with broken seals;
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
Gift cards and items marked Clearance/Final Sale.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (subject to eligibility) and place a new order for the desired item. Once the return is accepted and received, we’ll process your refund per the section below.
If your return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or our fulfillment error, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
For all other returns (e.g., changed mind, fit/color preference), return shipping is your responsibility. If we provide the label, its cost may be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable. Orders that qualified for Free Shipping $59+ remain eligible for return under these rules; the value of the original shipping is not refunded.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (apartment/suite, access codes).
If an order is undeliverable due to your address error, we can reship once it returns to our warehouse; reshipping cost is your responsibility (even if the original order qualified for Free Shipping $59+).
If delivery fails for other reasons and the package returns to our warehouse, we will contact you and reship to the corrected address at no additional charge.

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

We process orders and returns only within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not process returns shipped from outside the U.S. EU/UK cooling‑off periods do not apply to our store.
