We do not accept returns for non-defective items (e.g., changed mind, preference, fit/color, “no longer needed”). Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or sent in error.
We process returns within the contiguous United States (48 states) only.
Adult & hygiene notice: because we sell intimate products, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging. Opened/used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened/unused, with all tags, manuals and accessories, and in its original, sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are limited to defective/damaged/wrong-item cases only. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or preference-based reasons.
Before sending anything back, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items sent back without an approved RMA will be refused.
To start a return, contact us at info@el-evolution.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To speed things up, include your order number and photos/video of the issue.
Manufacturing defects: to qualify for a distributor-supported return/credit, defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt.
If approved and an RMA is issued, the item must be physically returned within 90 days from receipt.
For shipping damage: please keep the original cartons and packing materials and take photos of the box/labels and the damage. If the outer carton shows visible damage or is re-taped/opened, a carrier claim may be required.
Where applicable, we may facilitate a replacement under the manufacturer’s/distributor’s program (e.g., via our distributor’s policies).
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):
Any opened or used intimate product;
Lubricants, oils, creams, cosmetics, or other consumables;
Lingerie, hosiery, or wearable intimates after the seal/bag is opened;
Batteries and items with broken seals;
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
Gift cards and items marked Clearance/Final Sale.
Discontinued, sale, or special-order items may be non-returnable for credit under distributor rules, even in defect scenarios.
Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item before opening the packaging.
Because returns are accepted only for defect/damage/wrong-item cases and must follow distributor requirements, return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless we explicitly confirm otherwise in writing.
We strongly recommend shipping returns fully insured and using a service that provides proof of delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (apartment/suite, access codes).
If an order is undeliverable due to your address error, we can reship once it returns to our warehouse; reshipping cost is your responsibility (even if the original order qualified for Free Shipping $59+).
If delivery fails for other reasons and the package returns to our warehouse, we will contact you and reship to the corrected address at no additional charge.
Refused / Returned-to-sender orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% plus all shipping charges. Re-shipment requires your approval and payment of additional shipping costs.

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Approved refunds may be adjusted for any applicable restocking fee (up to 20%), and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We process orders and returns only within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not process returns shipped from outside the U.S. EU/UK cooling-off periods do not apply to our store.
