Defective Item Exchanges 

While we take great care to ensure the quality of our products, there’s a small chance your item may arrive damaged or develop a defect. If you receive a defective item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Our Customer Service Representatives will help you find a solution, either by sending a replacement of the same item or providing store credit for the amount paid.

If a replacement is requested, the defective item will be replaced once the defect is validated. EL Evolution reserves the right to request the return of the item for validation. Our Customer Service team will guide you through this process.

To begin an exchange or request store credit, please email us at info@el-evolution.com. For faster service, include the following details:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Item (SKU) number
  • Photos or other documentation showing the defect

Shipping Costs:

  • Replacement: We cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.
  • Store Credit: If store credit is issued due to a defect, it will include both the product cost and the original shipping charge, once the defect is confirmed.

Unwanted Item Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. In such cases, we will issue store credit for the product price, minus a disposal/restocking fee.
