Affiliate Program Terms

Updated: October 29, 2026

These terms govern your participation in the Evolution Zone affiliate program (the "Program"). "We," "us" and "our" mean EL Evolution INC., the operator of Evolution Zone (https://el-evolution.com). "You" means the affiliate. By creating an affiliate account, you agree to these terms.

1. Who Can Join

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. Sites, blogs and channels that review, compare or discuss sex toys and sexual wellness products are welcome. We may decline an application or close an account if its content is illegal, promotes violence or discrimination, or uses the Evolution Zone name in a domain name, username or ad account.

2. Links and Tracking

You earn commission only on orders placed through your personal affiliate link or code. When a visitor clicks your link, the referral is stored for 30 days. If the visitor clicks another affiliate's link before ordering, the order goes to the last link clicked.

3. Commission

The commission rate is 15% of qualifying orders. A qualifying order is paid, shipped, and not cancelled, refunded or returned. Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping. Products marked as excluded in your dashboard earn no commission. Orders you place for yourself through your own link do not earn commission.

4. Payouts

Commission becomes payable 30 days after the order date. We pay by PayPal once a month when your payable balance is $50 or more; a smaller balance carries over to the next month. You are responsible for keeping your PayPal email correct in your dashboard. You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions, and we may ask for tax information required by US law before paying.

5. Promotion Rules

  • Disclose your affiliate links to your audience, as FTC guidelines require.
  • Pay-per-click ads are not allowed, including bids on "Evolution Zone," "el-evolution" or close variations.
  • Coupon and deal sites are not accepted, and our discount codes may not be posted on them.
  • Do not send unsolicited email or messages with your affiliate link.
  • Do not make medical claims about products or promise discounts, shipping terms or returns that we do not offer.
  • Do not present yourself as Evolution Zone or as our employee.

If you break these rules, we may withhold commission on the affected orders and close your account.

6. Ending Participation

You or we may end your participation at any time. Commission on qualifying orders placed before the end date is paid under these terms, unless the account was closed for breaking the rules.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date, and continuing in the Program after that date means you accept it.
