Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (non‑expedited). Any delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates and may vary by location and carrier operations.
Processing time: up to 2 business days (Monday–Friday; U.S. federal holidays excluded).
Cut‑off: orders placed after 1:00 PM CT (Chicago) are processed the next business day.
Warehouse time zone: our warehouse operates in Los Angeles (PT); carrier scans/pickups occur on Pacific Time.
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders $59 and up (after discounts, before taxes). Orders below $59 ship at the calculated carrier rate displayed at checkout.
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Expedited/express methods are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment/suite, building and any access codes).
If the address was entered incorrectly by you: we can reship once the package returns to our warehouse; reshipping cost is your responsibility (even if the original order qualified for Free Shipping $59+).
If delivery fails for reasons other than your address error and the package returns to our warehouse: we will contact you and reship to the corrected address at no additional charge.
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update the address before fulfillment begins.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we tender the shipment to USPS. This is standard for carrier deliveries. Our goodwill reship policy above applies where a carrier‑related failure results in the package being returned to us.
Our store and products are intended for adults (18+). Adult signature is not required by default. In limited cases (e.g., repeat delivery issues), we may require a signature at our discretion.
We email tracking details within ~2 business days after shipment. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or your account order history.
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with discreet billing on your statement.
